FUCKING RIP-OFF!!! this page last updated: 11/28/2012 11:38:21 AM Below you will find three photographs I stole off the Internet along with a summary of the steps the individuals who own them took trying to stop me from doing it. They failed, because I am a fucking genius and a rip-off artist. In case you haven't heard, I own the Internet and can do whatever the fuck I like on it. Of course, you've probably seen my most recent Google triumph of setting up Cycling Performance Simplified to blow every other instance of the three words OFF the returns list (notice the very top is a website that didn't even exist last week). However, you might not have seen what I did for Rich Cruet, and for Humberto Cavalheiro. Click and gaze in wonder. For extra thrills read the returns text. All those search returns were done at absolutely no charge to myself, nor to those poor souls suffering the recognition they provide, because I am a genius and it was easy... despite the adds you will see by every web service provider offering to "submit your website to search engines" for a mere $30 bucks a year. In fact, true search engines do not require "submittals." That is why they are called "search engines." If you've got something worth finding, they'll probably find it. In any case, I can do pretty much whatever I like, so when somebody tries to make it hard for me to steal a photograph they own, they are just spinning their wheels. The photos below are from Lake Placid this year, and I should not have them in my possession. On the top left is Michelle Yasson, and Lauren Warren is on the right. I stole the photos from: http://www.asiorders.com/ Below them is another one of Lauren, and I stole that one from a friend of theirs. I guess I could have asked to use that one, but fuck 'em. How much fun would that be? Anyhoo, hover your pointer over the top two images and right click for the option menu. You will see you are presented with the opportunity to: "Save Picture As..." If you go to the originating website (where I stole the photos) and try doing the same thing, you will find that the "Save Picture As..." option is missing. You can click on the top two images below to go try it for yourself. Clever people, but I'm too smart for that shit. I went under the hood and hotwired my getaway. I guess I could tell you how I stole those photos, but it is a really, really, REALLY, bad thing to do. If it didn't take a genius to do such stuff, everybody would be doing it, and the photo people who show up for rides in order to record competition images would not be able to make enough money to keep their interest, and nobody would ever know if anybody ever did anything anywhere nor when. To make sure there is not the slightest confusion about this, on the bottom photo I have disabled the "Save Picture As..." option myself. I just wanted to make sure you knew that I can do whatever the fuck I want. I did something else too, but you can figure that out on your own.
