Q: Lauren, who the fuck are you?

A: I'm me, but here is a brief summary.

Danskin which had over 700 women (2004), I was registered as an Elite – Won the overall race. I am proud of this one… first mile on the run was clocked at 5:43.

Ironman Lake Placid 2007 – my first ironman ever, 4th place finish in age group, and qualified for World Championship in Hawaii first try.

Survival of the Shawangunks – one tough race! 2nd overall female.

Hudson Valley triathlon – 1st overall woman.

Empire State Games – Gold medal in cycling race, silver in TT. On Mary’s bike!! (If you ever need a baby sitter for that incredible little green machine, let me know)

West Point triathlon – 1st overall women 2004, and the past few years since training for the longer races have placed 2nd, and 3rd overall twice. (That will change next year when I go to the shorter distances again ;) and… use my new power meter!

Team USA World Championship in Olympic distance – ranked 32nd in the World.

2007 – USAT All American J.

Numerous other 1st places, but the above are ones that I really had such fun at!

Next year I switch to sprints and half ironman, can’t wait for the speed to return! It is going to be one fun year!

BTW: Thank you for refunding my 2¢ membership fee. Will that be coming Western Union, or by way of a direct bank transfer?
